USAGE:


  • 𓆩 ♡ 𓆪 I may put any Carrd on my portfolio/profiles. I often post versions of the site that only have filler text if the site is for personal use.

  • 𓆩 ♡ 𓆪 Clients may not remove any watermarks I place on their site (by.The_Pets_Web) or claim it as their own work.

  • 𓆩 ♡ 𓆪 If clients want me to add fanwork by other artists, they must have confirmation that the artist allows such use of their work!

  • 𓆩 ♡ 𓆪 If a refund is issued, I reserve the right to delete any WIPs(work in progress).

  • 𓆩 ♡ 𓆪 I do not allow my work to used as reference for other artists.

  • 𓆩 ♡ 𓆪 I do not charge a fee for commercial use, and I do not mind if clients edit a personal site to be a commission site.

    • PAYMENTS / REFUNDS:


  • 🐾 I use remitly only.

  • 🐾 All prices are in USD, so please convert accordingly.

  • 🐾 Payment is fully upfront once all details are sorted out.

  • 🐾 If you have a budget you'd like me to work with, please disclose that upfront. However, please keep my prices in mind as I will not go lower than the minimums stated.

  • 🐾 A slot isn't secured until all details are given. Quotes are only given once all details are sorted out, so it's ideal to have a solid idea of what you'd like first.

  • 🐾 Clients may request a full refund if the first page isn't to their expectations. Once the first page is approved, refunds are no longer applicable.

  • 🐾 If a refund is issued, the client will not recieve the site.

  • 🐾 If a client would like to halt the commission after the refund window has passed, the site will be deleted as well with no refunds.

  • 🎀 By commissioning me, you confirm that you've thoroughly understood my terms and agree to them.

  • 🎀 When requesting several changes, please send them all in one organized message! Do not wait until I've sent the updated site to ask for more edits.

  • 🎀 Turnaround time is 4-8 days once payment is made. Depending on the amount of clients left in the queue, the average waiting time is 3-5 weeks to start. I only request payment once I'm ready to begin!

  • 🎀 If payment isn't made within 48 hours of me requesting it, then your slot is forfeited.

  • 🎀 Additional edits/slow feedback may result in a longer TaT (turnaround Time).

  • 🎀 I prefer not to replicate any sites I've made in aesthetic.

  • 🎀 Refrain from using vague language or relying too much on terminology! My interpretation of what's gothic/whimsical/cute/etc. may be different from yours, and I may not know certain aesthetic styles. Please send image references and explain thoroughly!

  • 🎀 My schedule is very stilted and my timezone is GMT+8, so responses may come at odd times.

  • 🎀 I give clients the option to edit the site before transfer, but this editing period is limited to 3 days.* Extensions will only be granted if requested before the 3 days are up

  • 🎀 I may decline any client/commission for any reason.

    • *While on a case-by-case basis, If the client is unresponsive after 5 days, the site may be deleted with no refunds.

  • 🍄 My services are for people who can kindly and consistently provide feedback! I'm a very "hands-on" designer that likes getting clients involved.

  • 🍄 All sites are Mobile-optimized, but I cannot account for how your Carrd will look on other devices.

  • 🍄 I am happy to discuss and talk you through the process, so don't be afraid to ask questions and pose ideas!

    • PRICING


  • 🍄 Prices range from $5-10+ per page (not for the whole site*) depending on complexity, how many assets I have to source, and how difficult it is to source those assets. *e.g A Carrd with 4 pages quoted at $5 per page would be $20

  • 🍄 If you have a budget you'd like me to work with, please inform me! However I cannot go under the minimum of $5 per page.

  • 🍄 Additional fees may apply if there's a hard deadline (within 2 weeks of contacting), coding involved, if pages are added in the middle of progress, or large changes/many changes are requested.

  • 🍄 You (the client) confirm that you've read my T.o.S and send the information I need, following this list!

  • 🍄 Please refrain from using vague language, rambling, relying too much on terminology, or only sending a moodboard. I'd like to get a good grasp on what your tastes and ideas are, so please don't be afraid to be descriptive and send lots of image references! However, please be organized.

  • 🍄 I'm happy to discuss ideas, so do share them with me so we can come up with something tou want and do-able for me.

  • 🍄 This information is also mandatory! If you'd like additional pages on top of those/wish to skip or combine certain pages, please let me know!
